Yes, Sphere is a fully licensed real estate brokerage in the State of New York.
While Sphere does not maintain physical offices, we fully comply with all state
requirements, including those related to office space. You can legally work with us without any concerns.
Sphere provides access to a Regus sub-account, a global leader in virtual office
solutions. You can reserve office space at any Regus location worldwide and pay only for the space and time you use. Sphere does not charge any fees for maintaining this sub-account.
Yes, most states require a valid real estate license to engage in transactions and earn commissions. If you’re not yet licensed, you’ll need to meet your state’s requirements before joining.
Yes, Sphere covers the $20 fee to transfer a New York State salesperson license.
Subscription Plans & Costs
Our subscription plans are priced as follows:
- 80%Plan: $50 per month
- 90%Plan: $100 per month
- 100%Plan: $200 per month
An annual fee of $225 is also charged to cover errors and omissions insurance and other costs associated with doing business. Please note that all costs are subject to change at Sphere’s discretion.
Yes, prepaying for the year gives you two free months. However, prepayments are non-refundable.
Leads, Training, and Resources
As a Sphere agent, you can choose to work in residential or commercial real estate, including sales and rentals. The choice is entirely yours.

Onboarding & Licensing
If you’re already licensed and transferring your license, we can typically complete the association within 1-2 business days. The Department of State will issue your license and ID within a few weeks.
